The brow pad is made of Elk skin which is more comfortable and naturally more resistant to shrinking and cracking from exposure to water / sweat compared to traditional cow hide.  Liner comes standard with a drawstring and plastic sizing ring to allow both height and circumference adjustments for the wearer.
