Vintage Javanese Evil Character with Red Face, Theater Hand Carved Hand Painted Wooden Wayang Golek, Collector Puppet Doll, Court Clown, Prankster, Jester. Yogyakarta, late 1900’s, Indonesia.

Evil characters like the demon king, Rahwana, are red or yellow, with fangs and bulging eyes such as this articulated wooden doll. No longer a choice since the 1 on the right has been sold, the 1 on the left is still available and number 7:  it is a wooden handmade and vintage Wayang Golek collectible. Since it is not brand new but collected in the late 1900’s, please inspect carefully to be satisfied about the condition, which is nice and operational since it had not been used much yet when we purchased it.
