RDG USA Oboe Gouging Machine

Used by fine oboists the world over, the RDG USA Gouging machine is a precision machine guaranteed to gouge cane accurately to within .01mm and designed to give many years of service. The stainless steel blade is mounted such that it can be adjusted up and down as well as left to right, and the carriage that the blade is mounted on may be adjusted to control the depth of the gouge. The standard RDG USA Oboe Gouger comes with an 11mm bed and 11mm blade and will produce a center to side cutting ratio of 4:3.
