Weaving Through Time: Poems, Prayers, & Rituals by Members of ADVOT@Ritualwell (2024/5784)
While each human being has a unique life story, our common ancestry intertwines our diverse experiences like threads woven into a basket. Weaving Through Time showcases the work of the third cohort of ADVOT@Ritualwell, a group of ritual innovators who come together to support each other in creating new Jewish rituals, poetry, and liturgy. The writing in this collection represents the uniqueness of each individual writer, while expressing experiences that have universal connections. The four sections explore: our spiritual conversations, the pursuit of finding meaning in our challenges, the gifts of ancestral wisdom and our interconnectedness with the sacred ecology of nature. With original prayers, poems and rituals, this collection can be used in a variety of contexts, from personal contemplation to synagogue services and beyond.
