Wild Stonecrop is the rare succulent native to Illinois, charming gardeners with adorable rosettes of thick, glossy leaves that blanket the ground like a lush, living carpet. The elegant, white flowers that cover the plant in spring have pointed petals and a star-like shape, attracting a wide array of bees, butterflies and other pollinators. Its creeping horizontal stems root at the nodes, slowly extending outward such that it functions well as a groundcover. Evergreen, it lends texture and vitality to the barren winter landscape. Drought-tolerant and resistant to grazing by deer and rabbits.   Sun: Full, Partial Soil: Medium-Wet, Medium Bloom Time: May Color: White Height: 6 in
