JULY Chicken Processing Workshop

Join us under our big oak to learn the ins and out of raising and butchering your own chicken ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ We offer 1 Person for $175 A Couple for $300, A Family up to 4 people $350 (family is 2 adults and 2 people 18 and under) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Saturday July 27th 9:45am till 2:00pm On Rehoboth Farm 225 Babbtown Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434 Farm Fresh Lunch Included The workshop will include a basic overview of our chicken raising operation, our poultry processing equipment, as well as each person getting the opportunity to learn how to kill, scald, and pluck a chicken. Finally we will also teach you how to cut up and package your chicken to take home for yourselves. Each adult will be taking home two chickens you have processed. Youth will be given 1 chicken.
