I first started writing this meditation book in my 3rd year of sobriety and finished it in my 20th year of sobriety. I have done very little editing of the book because I would rather have people read my thoughts as they were at the time I wrote them. I have found that the key to learning about new ways of thinking is to put myself where others are at, exactly when I come into contact with those people. As you read through this book you will see how I came to a new way of thinking by way of acting like those whom went before me. There is a process to getting sober and staying sober. As I changed through the years, you did too, you just did not see it, like myself. We are the last to see how we have changed which can be humorous or it can be tragic in the big scheme of life. So many times I did not know what I had until it was gone. Do not make the mistake of not enjoying life today. Maybe something I have written in this book will lighten your load today.
