The FCC ID on the orginal remote was L2MET5A.  There are other remotes with that FCC ID so to identify if yours is this one, look for a Circuit Board ID of ET4B.  It had 2 buttons and a red LED light.    The part number for this remote was: 121-08 or 121-05.  This remote worked on these systems: CG 328i, 533i, CG 5000-C, K9-FIVE-C, K9-SIX-C, K9-SIX-H, K9-TWO-C, M.A.T. 5C, M.A.T. 6C, M.A.T. 6H, AL-532-C, AL-632-H, AL-632-C.
