This discontinued Crimestopper Gargoyle Remote's part number is CS-361TX.  It's FCC ID is J5523518T1 or M65NVTX464.  It is tested on keyless entry testers to ensure it is functioning properly.  The remote includes programming instructions to make it work with your system.  This remote works on the following crimestopper systems: CS-2000, CS-2000 II, CAS-500EX, CS-830RKE, CS-9701. Note: Crimestopper revised this remote so there are two styles but they both act the same.  If you order an original remote you will receive one of the two shown. If you order the clone you will receive the clone remote.
