Built in Japan. Box shows moderate shelf wear and says "Diner" which should say "Cafe Observation". No spare parts included. Central Valley trucks with metal wheels have been added - none originally included. Window glazing and shades installed. Paint job is good but the decal work shows little film and there is some wear throughout - see photos. This is decaled correctly for a Santa Fe Cafe Lounge Observation.
