This fresh and thirst-quenching Sauvignon Blanc gets its name from the Miwok word for water and lives up to it.   Tech Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc Location: Dry Creek Valley, Sonoma County Alcohol: 13% Tasting Notes Classic Sauvignon Blanc character with an emphasis on freshness and pure fruit expression. Winemaking Fruit was picked and whole cluster pressed, then allowed to cold settle for 48 hours and racked off heavy lees. Fermented in stainless steel closed top tanks for about 21 days. No malolactic fermentation. Vineyard Liwa is the Miwok name for water, and this thirst-quenching Sauvignon Blanc is made in collaboration with Inizi Winery (Guerneville, CA) Made using sustainable farming practices in the Dry Creek Valley AVA, Sonoma County.
