This new Drill Jig accommodates our new 1" schedule 40 frame clamps. These jigs drill holes perfectly aligned with our clamps. If you have a big frame build coming, buy 2 of these for either end of your pipe, place them on a flat surface, and drill perfectly parallel holes. Parts are 3d printed and fitted with two 5/16" drill bushings. One at the top and one in the center of the pipe to guide the bit through both walls of the pipe.
