Conned Again (1976) by Cenedella was a play off of Con Edison's mascot in the 1960's-70's. If you look at the word in the poster, 'Con-ned' is separated with a dash to represent 'Con [n]Ed'. The mascot was often seen side by side with the slogan, "More Power for Progress." You can see the original images from the 1960s in a secondary photo, which is what Cenedella used to create this silkscreen.
