Victorian Revival Superior Pure Linen Handkerchiefs Empty Box | Lovely Lady Graphics

In 1984 when I first started traveling to the UK, my finances were limited so if I were to splurge on items, they'd have to be small. Well, this was one item when I flew relevance to size right out the door. Based on an Antique Victorian design, here's a Victorian Revival hanky box for superior Pure Linen Fabric Handkerchiefs - Extra Quality, Ready for Use. The box opens to reveal 2 compartment for hankies, both sides covered with the image of a lovely woman. Both sides are pristine, in fact the entire box is in excellent condition with no tears, nips, stains, etc. Size is 7-1/2" high x 3-1/2" wide; depth is about 2-1/4". The paper covering the box has a waxed-like finish while the paper on the inside of the box is more like parchment; some very light staining is apparent to the bottom section of the lid. Now yes, I do believe the box is a repro for a Victorian original but in all the years since I purchased this piece, I have never been able to find the maker nor have I been able to f
