Thursday, November 13th | 6:30PM-8:30PM | Make Your Own Pumpkin Gnocchi

Join the tradition of making little “pillow” dumplings of dough! In this class, students will create decadent pumpkin gnocchi and watch a demo on how to put together a rich walnut cream sauce to pair with it. Students will enjoy a homemade meal together after class.Please note: Please bring an apron to class with you. All portions of pasta will be cooked together. If you would prefer to cook and eat your portion at home, please bring a to-go container to transport your raw pasta. Although the kitchen is not an allergen-free environment, gluten-free and nut-free options are available upon request prior to class.
