Two harvests are performed – one at lower potential alcohol to contribute to crunchier, cooler acidity, and the second at higher ripeness with more phenolic development – fermented separately, then blended and raised in stainless steel. The result? Zesty stone fruits and lusty passion fruit, a hint of white pepper, and gorgeous peach blossom aromatics.
