2016 Domaine de la Fouquette ‘Rosée d’Aurore’ Côtes de Provence Rosé

The result is clean, pure, terroir-driven wines that are quintessentially Provencal. This pale pink cuvee, named after the couple’s young daughter, is a classic – crisp, dry and elegant, with citrus, strawberry, and watermelon, and Mediterranean herbs on the finish. All of my Provencal rosé lovers, stock up – it’s hard to find clean, organic wines from this region, much less ones of this quality and deliciousness, for under $20.
