Region: Bergerac > France Grapes: 40% Perigord, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 10% Abouriou, 10% Fer, 5% Malbec Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Certified organic farming, clay and limestonesoil, grapes destemmed, 10 day fermentation + 10 more days ofmaceration, then aged on lees in stainless steel and amphora.
