Region: Côtes du Rhône < France Grapes: Grenache 35%, Syrah 25%, Cinsault 30% and Counoise 10% Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Organic farming on sandy/silt terraces with a very windy Mediterranean climate. The grapes were harvested by hand, 100% destemmed and lightly crushed. Fermentation temperatures were regulated and maceration lasted just six days with daily pump-overs.
