A bunch of micro-ferments, 50% whole cluster, some carbonic, blended together in mostly neutral oak, with 15% new oak; bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal added SO2; 13% ABVWinemaker: Kate Norris and Tom Monroe Woman winemaker and co-owner -- Kate Norris -- with her partner Tom Cool climate, elegant, fresh Pinot style A blended cuveé meant to showcase the terroir of the Willamette Valley, comprised of a bunch of microferments from vineyards on the whole range of Valley soil types = the sum is greater than the parts (and the parts are good!) Blue and purple fruit with deep, spicy, earthy undertones and layers of heavenly scents (sandalwood + rose petals!)
