Region: Mitterberg <Trentino-Alto Adige < Italy Grapes: Bronner + field blend of misc red PiWi grapes Vineyard/Cellar Stats: Certified organic since 1990; chalk and loam soils; Metodo Classico: spontaneous fermentation started in stainless steel after few days on the skins.
