The fabric patterns of each scarf are different because of the different parts of the cloth. Indigo items should be washed by hand several times, to significantly reduce the possibility of color transfer, and hung outdoors to air dry. The indigo dye may transfer to light-colored garments so please wash separate. When hand washing, you can add salt to the water to help the color keep for as long as possible.
