Boeckops skelckin

Boeckops skelcki is found in the Morocconites horizon (couche) of Taharajat el Oufatene. It dates to the Late Emsian. It is similar to Phacops in appearance. The trilobite is 2.33 inches long and 1.22 inches wide. Trilobite with the matrix, measures 4.2inches long, 3.55 inches wide and 1.2 inches high. Extremely well-preserved schizochroal lenses are visible in both eyes. Well preserved small tubercules are present on the cephalon. The trilobite has been repaired across the lower thorax and on the glabella.
