Antique Idar Oberstein Faceted Carnelian Beads

As we continue to list our more exotic finds we add these antique faceted Carnelian 22 inch bead strands. The beads range from 1 inch in length to 1 3/4 inch. The carnelian is beautiful with a nice polish for over 100 years old. Some beads are nicked with minimal damage as they have been worn for decades. These are restrung for the current market. They were made in Idar Oberstein, Germany over 100 years ago for trade with Africa. Hard to find, old and rare. $129 per strand.  You will receive a strand similar to the ones pictured.
