Succulent Trellis Gnome Arrangement

Our SucculentTrellis Gnome Arrangement is a hand poured, 4 x 4 inch cement gnome shaped planter (with a drainage hole) that comes fully planted with brightly colored premium succulents and  topped with a 4 inch hat shaped trellis wrapped in Othonna 'Ruby Necklace'.  Is this a gift?
