A very cold hardy semi-dwarfing apple rootstock. Originally called Bud (Budagovsky) 54-118 from the Michurinsk College of Agriculture in the Soviet Union. Produces a tree about 85% of Standard and is more precocious than a seedling (or standard) variety. Rootstocks are about 18" long with ¼" caliper. Also called B.118, Budagovsky 118, Bud.118. The 3G Container contains 5 planted rootstocks in soil.
