Released in 1978 from the University of Minnesota, this apple has been popular in the upper Midwest due to its flavor, ripening time, and cold hardiness. The newly redefined parent of the famous Honeycrisp. Firm apple with a satisfying crunch. Light yellow flesh that is sweet and juicy. Good storer and easily baked. We enjoy eating them off the tree. Bare Root Trees will ship Spring 2026.
