custom tie strap puff dress w/ bottom ruffle

This dress is made to order.  This dress is intended to be fitted in the bust and has an elastic back for room to stretch. The bust size is based on the elastic at its non-stretched state.  The dress bodice is fully lined with a white, lightweight, cotton-poly blend fabric. The skirt is fully lined with organza. The dress has an elastic back and no zipper. The dress does not have pockets. The tie straps can be untied and are adjustable. Please note there is always the possibility of light wear when using secondhand fabric like bedsheets. Once shipped I am not responsible for damaged or lost items in the mail.
