Make sure to pre-order your King Cakes to pick-up at your nearest Rustika Cafe and Bakery locations!  Rustika King Cakes are sweet, fluffy, brioche-style bread, filled with cinnamon sugar, topped with royal icing, sprinkled with festive purple, gold, and green toppings! Includes one (1) King Cake baby! (Serves 8-12 people). Traditional Cinnamon: Traditional King Cake filled with our homemade Cinnamon Sugar blend. Cream Cheese: Traditional King Cake filled with our homemade Cream Cheese icing.  Strawberry Cream Cheese: Traditional King Cake filled with our homemade Cream Cheese icing and Strawberry preserves.
