ABOUT   An original "No. 1A Folding Pocket Kodak" folding camera. The body of camera is wrapped in leather with black bellows, chrome and brass accents. It folds smoothly closed to 1.5 inches. Chrome stylus to write notes on the film. Sold as decorative only. May or may not work. CREATOR Eastman Kodak Company. DATE OF MANUFACTURE c.1899-1915. MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES Leather, Chrome, Brass, Optical Glass. CONDITION Good. Wear consistent with age and use. Leather strap broken on one side. DIMENSIONS H 8.5 in. W 7 in. D 4 in. HISTORY The No. 1A Folding Pocket Kodak was made from 1899 to 1915.
