Manipura Chakra

In Sanskrit: ‘Mani’ refers to a sacred gem, which creates inner illumination and gives us the power to see beyond the ordinary realm, whereas ‘Pura’ means city. The Manipura or Naval point is located below the diaphragm and above the navel at the solar plexus, on the inner wall of the spinal column.
