Second-Line Umbrella with Appliques

Be the life of the party with a second-line umbrella! Perfect for New Orleans-style second-lines at weddings, graduations, parties or photoshoots. It has 6 panels that are 15 inches long and is 24 inches wide when open. Embellished with feathers around the rim and on the top with 2 fleur de lis appliques or 1 applique and 1 glitter vinyl word or phrase.  If you want another applique, I may be able to accommodate you.
