A Harken ball bearing double pulley, with two sheaves being vertically in-line. It has the same all stainless steel structure with a 5/8" and a 13/16" ball bearing sheave. It has 15" overall length shock cord with a 316 S.S. Spring Clip attached for securing at a termination point. Double Clips and Heat Shrink are applied at both ends, to provide a secure, clean attachment.
