Offsite Wedding Contract

Wedding parties take up your time and are often scheduled out far in advance, so make sure you are guaranteed they don't cancel, and give your bride peace of mind with a formal contract. -Contract will require a $100 deposit to be put down upon reservation, and a credit card number to be put on file. -If you client cancels 45-21 days prior to the event, 50% of the price quoted will be charged to the credit card on file.  WIthin 20 days of the event, 100% of the price quoted will be charged to the credit card on file.
