As I watched down the beach towards Cape Ann to the south, I expected to se lightening at any moment. The sky was growing blacker and blacker as the storm drove up the coast. I just kept painting hoping the rain and any potential lightening would hold off a little longer! oil on panel 5x10 inches unframed
