Belly mug in peacock

This is your perfect everyday mug for coffee, tea or anything else you like to drink! I threw this mug on the wheel in porcelain. After bisque firing it, I hand drew the lines in underglaze. I painted wax over this area to resist the glaze, then dipped it in a food safe glaze. The area with the drawn lines is therefore unglazed with a raw, sanded porcelain finish. The mug holds approximately 14 oz. It is dishwasher and microwave safe. Cheers!
