Named after our former Production Manager Caitlin (the woman behind this riff on the classic spice blend), this salt is herbaceous and earthy with notes of thyme, mint, and bay leaf. These fresh, green flavors elevate Bloody Mary cocktails, potato salad, lobster rolls, and - of course - a classic Chicago hot dog.
