Preheat your heat press/iron to about 300 F, put the patch in a suitable position and cover it with a piece of cotton cloth (to prevent the embroidery thread from being damaged by high temperature)2. Use the iron/ heat press to press the front of the patch covered with cotton cloth for 20- 35 seconds.3. Turn the shirt inside out and iron the back of the patch to it for 15-20 seconds, so that the backing glue of the patch is fully heated.After ironing, let it cool down. If you want to make the patch stronger, you can use needle and thread to reinforce the cloth at several points. It might be easier to use an easy press or regular iron.Please Note: Do NOT try to iron the patches onto un-ironable fabrics with a low melting point such as nylons, vinyls or leathers.Aftercare: Once your patch is applied do not bleach your garment.To protect your patches we recommend washing at a maximum of 30 degrees on a gentl
