This 2.5 inch high Gorgeous Golden Rutile Channeling Altar from Brazil, weighing 111 grams, or 3.9 ounces, exhibits a well formed termination tip and shaft, and a flat base, so it will stand upright on your altar, workstation or night stand.   The glittering golden rutile filaments in the lower part of the shaft are thick and exhibit chunks of dark mineral deposits, which are probably hematite. In a few spots, the rutile creates tiny dark surface inclusions on the otherwise polished surface of the crystal.
