Following in the footsteps of illustrious predecessors who have left their mark on the Loire wine landscape, such as Charles Joguet, François Chidaine, or Didier Dagueneau with his Astéroïde vintage, Thibaud Boudignon offers us this rare treasure, a Savennières from vines planted "franc de pied," that is to say without rootstock, in the heart of his Clos de la Hutte. This approach aims to rediscover an original taste of the terroir, prior to the widespread use of rootstocks from North America imposed by phylloxera.  This wine is practically impossible to find, reserved for a handful of lucky people who may have the opportunity to taste it once in their life.
