Cardamom and Cinnamon Granola

This nut-free granola is made locally in small batches and has all the classic spices, but with a little Nordic twist - they've added their favorite Danish cookie spices from Danish "Pebernødder". The result? Surprisingly hygge! The granola has the essence of a spiced cookie (but with less added sugar) and a tiny kick of white pepper and ginger. Enjoy it the traditional way with milk/yogurt, or as a crunchy dessert on top of vanilla ice cream.
