USphere Labeler LS (Biotin and Streptavidin) - (C3F8)

The Usphere Labeler LS agents have been functionalized with a biotin-stretavidin molecule to allow researchers to conjugate targeting moieties or antibodies to the microbubble. These agents are 1.1-1.4µm in size, with a concentration of >2.5x1010 microbubbles/ml; each vial contains 0.8ml. These agents are shipped at room temperature but may be stored at 2-8oC for up to 6 months. Once activated, using the UltraMix Agitator (a one-time purchase) the microbubbles can be used for up to 3 days with >90% performance when properly stored.
