Non-Alcoholic California Red Reserve Sovi has been a best-selling Sèchey partner since we opened in 2021. We are in love with their latest release of Reserve Red! It is an elegant and savory style red wine, slightly dry with notes of boysenberry, plum, cassis, and warm baking spices. On the palate, supple tannins lead to a long finish. Sovi's inaugural Reserve Red was inspiried by the discovery of a hidden gem: Petite Syrah that was almost forgotten in the cellar with beautifully rich berry flavors and developed oak aromas from aging in French and American barrels for several years. We blended it with young Cabernet Sauvignon to bring freshness, structure and tannin to the final wine.
