Set your pan over medium-high heat. To meet your desired doneness, we recommend using a meat thermometer to keep an eye on the internal temperature of your meat. Preferred Cooking Time: The Bison Filet should be pan-seared over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees fahrenheit.
