For shelves over 48" you can add an extra angle support brackets for added stability. Each shelf comes with two black angle brackets and all necessary mounting hardware. Mount the bracket up or down depending on your preference - when mounted in the up position, it the mounting surface will be hidden by the shelf (bracket will still be visible directly under shelf).
