Proof: 106.8 proof Barrel No: 180321112 Mash bill: Sweet Mash; At least 51% Corn, Rye (approx. 3x as much rye as standard mashbill) and Malted Barley Tasting Notes: Decadent charred oak notes, incredibly creamy demerara syrup with beautiful perfumed spice and dark, dried fruits. The palate reminds me a lot of the things I loved about Four Gate’s Kelvin 60. Thick barrel char and dark leaning berries coating in toasted caramel sauce. There’s a perfuminess carried over from the nose that just gives this an extra je ne sais quoi. All the while there’s this  musty oak note that pierces through. The finish is plush and creamy with long lasting wood spice, creamy berry reduction, and beautiful charred oak.
