Like a rich old fashioned on the nose - toasted orange zest, toffee, cedar, heavy demerara syrup, herbal dark cherry. The palate leads with sugar tumbled dark fruits, green apple candy, brown sugar, white pepper, allspice and charred oak. The finish has a great balance of sweet and spice, lingering with toffee, cinnamon butter, clove and well aged oak.
