What Is A Service Contract? Service Contracts are an excellent option if you want reliable and cost-effective IT support. We offer reduced pricing for long-term commitments. The longer the commitment, the lower the rate. Plus, Service Contracted Clients now enjoy extended hours Monday-Friday! How Does It Work? Our service contracts are determined based on the number of stations you have. A station consists of a computer, printer, and any attached battery backups and small items. The number of hours allotted for support depends on the total number of stations in your plan. For instance, if you have a 5-9 Station Contract, you will receive up to 9 hours of support, while a 10-19 Station Contract will provide 19 hours of support. If you require additional support beyond your contract hours, we offer a heavily discounted rate of $120 per hour. What Isn't Covered?
