(go vols!) Made with polymer clay, gold plated brass jump rings, and hypoallergenic stainless steel stud posts. Named after Ellen Ochoa, the first Hispanic woman in the world to go into outer space. She conducted important research in the Earth’s ozone layer aboard the Discovery shuttle over a period of nine days. Since then, she gone on to become the director of the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas in 2013.
