Aromatherapy Hot/Cold Weighted Neck Wraps with Removeable Covers

Fabrics are 100% cotton and soft to the touch. Each weighted aromatherapy neck wrap is filled with your choice of Lavender flowers, Peppermint Leaves, Rice, or Organic Flaxseed and comes with a matching removable cover for washing. Keep in mind that Rice is denser than Flaxseed, so neck wraps filled with Rice or Flax/Rice mix will be heavier than just Flaxseed filled. Flaxseed also holds the temperature longer than Rice, so a combination may be the best option.  Inserts are NOT WASHABLE, but the removable covers can be washed and dried at your leisure. To make a Hot Pack -  You can heat these hot/cold aromatherapy neck wraps in the microwave for 45 seconds, check the temperature, and if needed, heat again at 15-second intervals until you reach the desired temperature.
